A workout for mums - with your little one right beside you.

The Mothers Club is a supportive, baby friendly fitness class designed to help mums move their bodies, rebuild confidence, and connect with other women in a welcoming environment.

No childcare needed. No pressure. No judgment.

Just coached workouts, feel-good movement, and a space where babies are completely welcome.

At the moment, classes are suitable for little ones who aren’t quite on the move yet but don’t worry, future creche-style sessions are already in the works.

All participants must have received postnatal sign-off before attending classes.

1 Class Per Week

6 Class Pass - £54

Perfect for easing back into movement and building consistency.

2 Classes Per Week

12 Class Pass - £108

For mums wanting extra structure, movement, and community each week.


Booking Information

To keep sessions supportive, comfortable, and personal, each block is limited to just 12 spaces.

Spaces are booked in 6-week blocks and are valid for the selected block dates only. Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be carried over, transferred, or refunded outside of the scheduled block.

This helps us maintain consistency within the group and ensures every space is available for another mum who may be waiting to join.
