Our ethos is different to a regular gym, so you’ve probably got some questions. Here are some of the most common queries we get, and the answers you’re looking for.

At a normal gym you pay a monthly membership for access to their facilities, and unless you pay extra for personal training, you are left to your own devices to figure out how to train and make progress, with no guidance, support or structure. Ultimately, this usually leads to a lack of any real progress.
At Habitual, we flip that entirely on its head! You get a tailored program, expertly designed by your coaches to meet your personal goals, and get up to 5 coached sessions per week (4 programmed + 1 bonus team workout on a Saturday), with up to 6 people in a session.
Session times are hourly during the morning and evening (more on that next) and you book in to the sessions that suit you.
So, if you are looking to make progress, The Habitual method is the one for you!

Membership is £105 per month, including all your programming and guided training sessions, which includes up to 5 sessions per week.
Over the month, that works out at only £4.85 a session if you take advantage of your full 5 sessions a week.
Military & Blue Light Cardholder Discounted monthly rate: £90.

We kick things off by you coming in for a coffee with us, we discuss your goals and show you the gym and tell you all about how things work here at Habitual.
Then, you start your 7 day free trial, giving you the opportunity to try up to 5 full sessions before you decide to join.
